What if my child doesn’t have a bike?
Boneshaker Adventures has amassed a bike library where families can “check out” a bike and helmet to use for the duration of an after-school or summer camp program. We currently have 8 youth bikes of various sizes available. If you would like more information about checking out a bike from our bike library or have a bike you would like to donate to the fleet, please email dawn@boneshakeradventures.com.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
There are many different factors that go into planning an after-school program, summer camp, clinic, or private/group lesson, so please read the following cancellation policy carefully.
• If you cancel 8 or more days before your scheduled program date, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• If you cancel 7 or fewer days before your scheduled program date or are a “no show,” you will not receive a refund.
• Registration investments are fully transferrable to other programs. Contact dawn@boneshakeradventures.com for more information.
What happens during inclement weather/other emergencies?
In the event of unforeseen and/or extenuating circumstances (dangerous weather, personal emergency, poor trail conditions, etc.) sessions may need to be altered. Sessions might be relocated to a riding-conducive area or rescheduled. Boneshaker Adventures will reschedule one session during each youth out-of-school season. Information about cancelled sessions will come from your head coach or program admin via email and/or phone. Keep a close eye on your email all day if weather looks questionable.
